If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for exchange or credit; excluding custom and sale orders.
All custom and sale orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
Credits must be used within 60 days of the returned date.
All return items must meet the following requirements:
* merchandise must be returned within 7 days of date received
* merchandise must be in its original condition and must not be worn, washed, damaged
or altered in any way
* merchandise must have all tags & accessories attached (if applicable)
If any returns do not meet these requirements you will be notified and the item(s) will be returned to you immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse credits and/or exchanges if the item(s) shows any sign of wear, alterations, misuse and/or damage and if the requirements listed are not met.
We take pride in all of our creations and would like to ensure you that we very carefully package all items.
Please inspect all packages prior to signing. Make clear, bold notation on the delivery receipt of any obvious damage.
Failure to do so will result in you and/or your company’s liability for the damaged merchandise.
If you suspect internal damage, open immediately. If damage is present notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping & handling charges are non- refundable. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by NICORAY EXCLUSIVELY YOURS.
When returning merchandise securely repackage your items in the same packaging in addition to comparable packaging.
Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt and a completed Product Return Form.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of exchanges or credits.
